   I like the interaction you have going on there but I feel like instead of "Forgot your password" it should say "Don't have an account yet? Sign up" and have "Forgot your password" as a tooltip or something else. Because the goal here is to make new people sign up as easy as possible.

    @Farzad Ban This isn't a sign up box at all, this is where a user signs in. The idea is to keep the user on the page at all times - rather than directing them away. Hence the idea of the 'Forgot your Password' sliding down.

    I think you missunderstood me. I meant the interaction you have for forgot your password would fit better for sign up. So when a non-member lands on this page, he can easily sign up without leaving the page.

    @Farzad Ban I think there would be far too much UI displayed and it would clutter the design. There isn't just simple username and password fields to sign up to Pockiz, there is a whole process that i've already designed for signing up where a user can invite friends, select interests etc.

    A user will only land on this page if he hits 'Sign In' on the actual landing/homepage.
