Looks very nice, for some reason though the red flag color seems a bit off for me, perhaps a bit too saturated?

Looks nice, but have you tried swapping bg colors for the header "Settings" with the background color of the panel with "Mail" "IM" etc.. buttons, this way I think it might look even better because the flow of the color will be from white to dark blue with a transition in light blue. Just my opinion. Looks great tho...
I would love everybody on Dribbble to provide some real feedback to shots instead of just writing "Great work" or "Excellent". Dribbble community should suggest something to designers instead of just saying meaningless things like "Great work" or "Excellent" under each shot...That would be a much better experience for designers I think.

The navigation seems a bit odd to me because it feels disconnected. You have the icons with text in the 1st tier which is fine, but the 2nd tier just doesn't seem to flow with me. Maybe try what @Tamerlan Soziev suggested, but I'm not certain that would fix it 'for me'. Maybe because the height of the 2nd tier of navigation is so much bigger than the 1st tier. At least it seems that way since there are no icons in the 2nd tier. What about trying to make the 2nd tier tab that's active becoming apart of the content so the bottom border disappears. Making it appear as if that tab is on top of the others? First example I could find http://dribbble.com/shots/322813-Profile

Or how about making the 2nd tab apart of the first tab. In other words take a look at the navigation on this website. Hover over one of the options to see it.

    Thank you! :)

@Ghulamali @Andreas Ubbe Dall Thanks, yes it's mistake, color is little bit off :)

@Tamerlan Soziev Thank you for useful feedback! I will try your idea with swaping color bg between bars.

@Ryan O. Hicks Thanks a lot for ideas! I'm still working on it and i will try more variations of navigations bar.

@Robin Raszka Yes there is a lot of options, but i can't change the ux :)
