   Icon for my theme...

   Seems like you never stop designing a new theme. :)

   Some critique:
   1) The gradient on the base is kinda strong. Maybe try reducing it a bit.
   2) The paper curves at the bottom and suggests a certain perspective. The shadow, however, doesn't fit that perspective. Try drawing the shadow by yourself (using feathering or smart objects) instead of using layer styles.
   3) The metal part of the clip looks quite dull. It could use some highlights.
   4) It's just my personal opinion, but I think the pen on the left icon looks out of place. It's "hovering" and the lightening doesn't fit the whole icon.

   Keep it up. I can't wait to see your progress.
