Lookin' good, as always. The only area I am not sold on is the gradient of the active tab. Much of the content emulates the flat look, so perhaps keeping the colour a solid green rather than a gradient would be more fitting. Just my two cents.
Can't wait to see more though. :)

Looking great. I personally like the gradient. ;) It adds a fresh vibe to the page (bamboo!). I understand that the text bellow "bring bamboohr with you" is lighter to enhance the big text on top of it, but if we're talking in readability terms it looks a bit hard to read.
Iconography is top-notch!
