Nice work mate, but I'm not sure about that ampersand, as a stand-alone one, it's perfect, but if this "fi" and "Q" are regular weight of that typeface, this "&" should be thin, thin as a thread to match this "weight", if you know what I mean, it should have some contrast :)
I hate you @Joe. You make this shit look too easy. Nice stuff. Are you done with your degree in astrophysics yet? Or was it cellular molecular biology? I forget. :)
@TheIssland - you're absolutely right, the strokes on the top and bottom part do need to be thinned out a little. I made some changes to the uppercase in terms of stroke/contrast and forgot to update some other glyphs (like the ampersand). Good eye! :)
@kirk visola - psychoneuropharmacology is going quite well, thanks for asking! :) Haha. Cheers bud.
Sigh. I love (and hate) how you already start a new typeface while finishing off the previous one. I absolutely love the tear drop terminal in that 'fi' ligature. I'll be sure to clear some space in my calendar next week to make the final specimen, right?
@Sean McCabe - this was an older version actually and I've since made changes to those "one-sided" brackets. If you really put up a fight I will consider switching back to them :)
@Claire Coullon - haha come on, one week? That's even pushing it for me. Maybe 9 or 10 days would be more safe...
