    Love that idea Eric! But will the colors work together when there is a very shiny and colorful topbar? I would probably use a kind of neutral topbar, but I think you might've made it possible! :) Good job.

    Wicked idea about the color strips! I like all of it except one thing. What was the design decision not to use the same padding around the avatars http://d.pr/i/N525 http://d.pr/i/trIx ?? Just curious

    Thanks all! Was worried about the spacing between the photos. Was not sure if it just bled into one another.

    @Nick Sloggett are you referring to the vertical padding? I gave more padding on top to give the photos defining room on what photo belongs to what user.

    Yes and no I think it seems a bit off to not have equal padding vertically and horizontally. I think the association is there just by the nature of information consumption. Just my ten cents. I'm super stoked to see how that color pulling happens.. it sounds super cool.
