I love handwritten fonts but I wonder if the one you're using here looks too young to match pair with professional.
I had a quick look but couldn't find anything I loved either. But how do you feel about something heading this direction: http://www.dafont.com/hand-of-sean.font?text=Hi+I%27m+Andrew%2C+a+Professional+Contractor
If he has a nice looking signature, maybe it would be nice to use that to sign off that opening statement too.
