I like it, colours are real nice… I also get the feeling the key areas "eBook" and price should be the areas with more contrast rather than less though?

@max i feel like they are more contrasty — brighter colors!
again, no idea what this is (cause you haven't provided context) so it's hard to give feedback (maybe thats not what you're looking for) but i think 3 shades of blue might be too much. the chicleting of ebook and 8.00 also make it hard to scan. an underline or maybe a variation in spacing might help
also i feel the pound should be with the 8.00, no?

This is the form to create/edit a ‘Thing’ that you're selling. On the live page the purchase button will look something like this; we're experimenting with making the form reflect the output.
The logo on the left *isn't* editable so I went for a lighter shade for the chiclets to differentiate them.
Another option is to make the editable areas ('eBook' and the price) more standard white inputs, or possibly put subtle inner shadows on them.
Agree that the £ should be part of the input - was me being lazy with my code — will fix that now :)
