It's starting to get there....BUT personally i would round the arrow to match the other icons and also drop its size slightly, it's very dominating at the moment. If you do you cloud the bring it tighter together making them a bit more connected. In both cases I'm talking maybe 2-3px so not a lot. As much as I love the colours using the two together could pose a negative emotion towards the "post" button. It's kinda looking like a stop signal vs a go. With the natural browns and green a muted purple would sit quite well (for example) alone they are super awesome colours but just thinking from a psych point of view.
Yeah, I keep having issues with using reddish + green colors for the same reason that @Jamie Heuze mentioned with the psych aspect. I really do dig this design though, the color scheme is great, and I really love the super subtle stroke on the buttons. Would definitely use a thinner arrow as well.
Also, that user icon, if that's custom-made, big thumbs up on that.
Awesome colors, agree with @Jamie Heuze about rounding off the arrows and decreasing size by few pixels, about colors I feel Orange there is good enough for the post because goes with brand color and also it is much more tempting than the 'Share' color. I don't feel any negative effect of color here but making it little softer/de-saturating a little might help there as it is little more vibrant compared to the other button. :)
@Kaushik V. Panchal I'm looking at it on another screen now and it does look slightly less red but still like you said the two colours need a slight balance in tone...unless ofcourse you want people to post more than share.....or maybe it's just me as I really like that red. I'm drawn to it like a moth :s ha!
