Had some free time finally and decided to work on something that's been bothering me.
I hate the awful outdated Xfinity TV browse screens, so I wanted to see what I could do in a couple days. I wanted to focus on cleaning it up and also adding a few cool features that make sense.
1. Like - Shouldn't you be able to like your favorite shows?
2. Alerts - Setting alerts for shows you want to watch.
3. Notifications (see attachment) - While you're watching TV wouldn't it be cool to get "growl like" notifications when your "liked" shows and "alerted" shows are coming up and automatically switch to that channel?
4. Time - A big factor about watching TV is time, so showing the progress of a show and time in general was a big factor.

Great stuff. Finally a UI that makes sense!
Really nice stuff for such a difficult UI. One thing I wish that would be more pronounced some how is an indicator of what time it is. I know you do a super subtle gray vs dark grey but I think there could be something there...
@Joe Anderson Thanks for the feedback. Yea I had originally had an icon next to the time but it seemed unnecessary. So to help push the "time" factor, there is a progress line in that flows through the half hour time slots as well as showing a progress "color" in the selected show.
