I get the H in context with the other logos, but it might read better on its own with a few notches or if the very bottom began to bow out a bit like one of those triangular beaker things.

I think the bottom-right has a lot of potential to me. Perhaps you can try adding an "iris" or incorporate the bottom-left design into the logo and see how that works out! c:
