Here's Beaky, rebuilt and prepped for rapid-prototyping. This is what a fully engineered, cut and keyed model looks like. His arms and legs are separated for mold making and casting.
@Xavi Colomer - I use 3ds Max for the rough sculpt, Zbrush for adding detail and resculpting, then right back to 3ds Max for the retopologizing, engineering, and beauty renders. If you're curious, I use Vray as my renderer of choice.
