Other than that I'd say no white drop-shadow on the icons and the notifications badge on the mail icon's top right corner :)

I actually like the drop shadow but agree with @Samuel Couto on the corners. Also the image needs a proper alignment and the vertical deviders should be 1px up. (the black stroke probably because it overflows the light border)
The margin around the user picture needs more consistency and, like @Samuel Couto said, the border radius needs some tweaking. You might want to test contrast between the icons and the background colors, users with shitty screens might loose readability. :)

@Samuel Couto tks for the tip. Maybe I did wrong to put the module like this. It actually sits on a dark background, so it looks like it's pressed. My bad.
@Tiago Franco about the margin, absolutely right. About the icons colors I don't know. This is a experiment!
