I don't know much about the store you are designing for or the larger context of this piece, but I would reconsider how much "weight" those buttons are currently being given. Right now, this is the order the buttons stand out to me...
1. Sign Out
2. Email Link
3. Add to Cart
4. Cart/Account
I'm not sure you want Sign Out to be the most prominent. And I'm not sure how good it is to have Add to Cart be in the same location/size/etc as all the other buttons. Could very well get lost in there. Not to mention that Add to Cart is your must important button on the page when it comes to e-commerce. Feels like it should have a lot more focus and prominence than it currently does.
