We just finished helping one of our favorite clients, CoverHound, revamp their vehicle insurance estimate form. The challenge was to create a simple and intuitive experience that kept the user engaged through a pretty complex set of questions.
What makes this project even sweeter is that the team from CoverHound just raised 4.5 million in series A funding.
Check out the live version by visiting CoverHound.com and clicking the "Get Started" button on the homepage. Who knows? You might even save some money on your current car insurance.
@Jim Silverman — (Octopus developer here) A little more detail on why we didn't focus on 3+ driver situations: CoverHound's data indicates that over 95+% of the applications they receive are for one or two drivers, so it made sense to focus on that "happy path".

@Jim Silverman – Glad you asked. The third panel slides in from the right when the next driver is selected at the bottom of the form: http://ink.octopuscreative.com/image/1H0R1h2n3D3P
