Kicking around some ideas for a personal mark - this is sort of based off of the way I initial something (JF). Still tinkering, but looking for some feedback on the initial concept.

I love the concept and you've got awesome initials to work with. The similarities of the of the two letter forms is a great building block. I think it would be interesting to see how many variations you can create using this concept with the cursive 'J' and 'f'.
For instance, play with the spacing and try different font styles. You may also try making the top of the 'J' and the bottom of the 'f' larger than the other two loops. Just a few thoughts but there is also something nice about the lines and shapes of your current iteration.

Thanks for the input Erica. I've got an Illustrator file going with several iterations of connecting JF's. I'm not sure I'm 100% there yet, but something about this one keeps pulling me in.
