The only things I don't like are the mix of photo and faux wood background in the center part of the layout. The shadow applied to the plate of food and chop sticks looks very much like a standard photoshop layer style. Also wish that fortune cookie in the footer wasn't cropped. Would be nice to have it stick up out of the footer.

I love the design, as most appear to, I think it looks great, however, I do feel like the copy in the NOODLES. SUSHI. COCKTAILS. HAPPINESS box has a bit too much line spacing, it feels a bit disconnected, have you tried tightening that up just a bit?
Other than that, the photos and colors/textures are great, very vibrant and pleasing to look at.

Yeah I see what you're saying @Dave Gates - The wood in the footer could be polished a bit more. @Forefathers™ Maybe try referencing a 'Black Japan' wood style, something commonly found in traditional Japan and in many restaurants, its a oil based finish that has low sheen: http://a.imageshack.us/img801/7157/parthway.jpg
