Lovely stuff, that gradient is hawt! Only thing I would say is that the angle on the edge of 75% progress bar should be at about 90 degrees, at the moment its around 45. See what I mean?

That's some good looking data.
To my eyes, the dark background should overlap the 1px border rather than sit inside it, but I realise that could open up a little can of worms when it comes time to HTML/CSS it up.

Love how clean this is! Perhaps you can try using up and down arrows instead of "increase" or "decrease." Just less comprehending for the user to do :)
