I decided to go a different route with this design after feedback from my previous dribbble shot.

I quite like the idea of creating icons related to weddings/planning/organising and placing these in the background with a 20% opacity.

Before moving on and creating a lot of different icons I was looking to get peoples opinion on the idea and I have mocked up a quick design to give you an idea.

Feedback as always is welcome :)

I definitely prefer this concept, much more memorable. I think you should try adding some colour. Perhaps use pastel colours that aren't too bold, but give the brand a more friendlier feeling.

Also I'd be tempted to make the icons within the circle bigger. I'm not really feeling the RSVP in there, i think they should all be (non-text) icons.

Just my two cents, but I like where you're going with it :)

I think you are taking better direction with this concept - its a lot more contemporary/modern. Nice job.

Thanks @Melissa Keizer - Yeah this isn't what colour it is going to be, I was just looking to see if people liked the idea or not before I spent too much time on it. Will focus more on colour now though cause I think I am going to progress with the idea.

Yeah I agree with you on the RSVP, currently at looking at creating an envelope to place the letters RSVP inside to see if that looks any better.

  5. Final time posting this branding on Dribbble, I've be toying about with numerous colour combinations and these two are the most popular by far.

My personal preference is No. 2 as I feel it would be nicer on a web page, but many people I've shown these to prefer No. 1. I feel that the brown in No. 1 will be too overpowering on a web page.

    Feedback welcome.
