Citymob Sign Up - Wall Version

Spent many hours thus far on the new Sign Up screen. There are 4 versions, this is the one I think is working best, but still WIP. Copy still WIP. The user sees the walled version of the Sign Up / Login screen when they come to the site via a direct link. Need to keep it uncluttered and maintain the focus on the Sign Up CTA, while still selling the site to the users. It also has to fit within 600px height including the footer and notification bar. I'm still working on the footer, reducing the height in order to gain some breathing room for the other elements.
