I love it all over in terms of colors and feel but the layout and UX and usability is something which concerns me here!
A few pointers:
1. A concern on order of selection as well. With Inbox on left selected the list appears on extreme right, which is like quiet less on affordance. It's nice to have a new approach but the click and results are way too far apart IMO!
2. Similarly the refresh icon the selection of mails under list drop down are way apart. You are defying the FITT's law here bro :)
3. The selected mail under inbox items is not that visible!
May be you have a plan in mind which is not conveyed and I am just blabbering :)

The overview panel looks interesting. I think email is broken, it is not longer used for the things it was designed to solve. The endless 'RE: RE:' thing is frustrating & it looks like your design might address that with the overview. Nice work

I like that the opened email is front and center although I agree with @Avinash Tripathi that the selected items are too far to reach. Why not have your opened mail overlaid. Just my two pennies. Good work though

Looks nice; I would just mention that the right column is hard to read and the search button icon is so big compared to everything else it almost makes me afraid of it.

I am assuming that this is not real pixels, but if it is, make that text bigger man! Also, the icons (New, star, tag, trash) in the overview section need stronger contrast. Overall, looking good though!

@Rovane Durso It kind of bugs me that 'Drafts' take precedence over the inbox.
I also agree that the open mail could have an overlay on the 'Overview' section to minify the amount of space used. Additionally, the headline of the open mail item seems to compete with the name of the sender.
