   ANNOUNCEMENT!

   This year – after a one-year break – »The FontFeed« will hold again its legendary »VALENTYPE CONTEST«.

   This is how it works (with the words of Yves Peters, spiritus rector of »The FontFeed«):

   »Declare your love for a typeface and you could win an official single license to four (4) weights/styles in OpenType, Offc or Webfont format of that typeface (for example Regular, Italic, Bold, Black). This love declaration can take any form you like: a poem, an image, a short text, whatever you feel like creating.« …

    I like the detail, such as how the shadowing along the bottom isn't consistent, but subtly varies with the undulations of the surface below.
