for me the bottom part of the icon feels a bit to strong, which makes it unbalanced. other then that I like simplicity of the icon and the bowtie makes it feel luxurious. Lekker bezig!
@Jonno Perhaps you want to toss the icon up to here http://appicontest.com/ and paste the url? Seeing it on the iPhone next to other icons gives it a totally different feel.
I only could bring the icon as far as the previous version on my own. So I worked with Benjamin Nathan to get it to the next level. Great collaboration.

The center of the bowtie seems a bit shadeless compared to the rest of the tie. Maybe adding a bit more inside shadow?
