I really love it. I think the simplicity is awesome. I would maybe try a serif type that has some more contrast with think and thins... other than that I like it a lot!
This is rad dude. I'm assuming it's a 2 color screen print? – in which case my suggestion of "Secret Mountains" being a lighter value is out. The only other thing I thought was that I wish there was a little bit of the illustration down around the headline to bring them into the same environment. Just some speckling of something. Great piece.
@Adam Trageser yeah, it's going to be a screen print. I see where you're going with that maybe a few little ice chunks or some arctic squid. Thanks man!
The illo is top notch, and I agree with Adam maybe a few elements to bring type into the overall idea. Maybe the underwater grunge-effect / noise spans the whole page (below where water starts).
I do think the Typography needs a bit of work.
Font choice: the serif could be more interesting. Just looks a bit plain right now, maybe something less blocky, more akin to Century Schoolbook, or text that has cut outs in it, like Academy Engraved or another engraved font - would match iceberg.
Font layout: spacing doesn't look even, like the text above and below the band name doesn't look the same, also on the bottom with the vertical bar between jacober and which magic. Also think about the badge in bottom right aligning with the text vertically.
I agree with @Joshua Krohn in that the all ages and price thing seems like an after though. If you're not wanting to have this on there maybe offer two version, one for legit promo and one for people to buy (where the all ages show stamp is gone)
I The only thing that bothers me with the serif font is the visual texture it lacks. The iceberg has so much texture and variation in the way its drawn that I would love to see some of that brought down to the type. I think a nice chiseled serif or something (This is the first typeface I thought of.) Something like that, not necessarily that exact one though.
What about treating Secret Mountain as a custom font that pulls the halftone/line texture from the illustration. The sans matches the line weight but the serif feels detached a bit. Those patterns could be used as a fill to an outline font or to create a shadow/depth. Might be really cool! Or overkill, or way too involved for your timeframe. Even taking your sans and applying this stylization could be nice — in my head I'm seeing something that looks like Frontage or History. Oh, after typing this i just saw what @mike. said. So yeah, could be cool
Wow this is sharp! Great illustration and concept. I love the detail in the mountain rocks, and the negative space second mountain in the background is genius!

Rather than that serif, may be a good slab serif?

The $7/all ages badge seems like an afterthought all away in that corner.

Type choices seem right on, to me. Maybe bump the "Nurse Records Presents" bit to the top, above the illo? Looks great, duder.

I'd also like to see a slab serif down there. That illo is fantastic.
