   The gray labels here bug me. I've tried numerous variations but so far nothing feels right: I want them to be easy to scan/read, yet unobtrusive and somewhat in the background. Perhaps no labels, but (light) placeholder texts for empty fields would be better?

   The labels work fine for me. By all means you could try something else, but if you had to settle for this I don't think it's a bad thing. Looking good.

   Looks awesome! Can't wait to see more :) I think the light placeholder text could be a nice idea to make this form even simpler. Wondering if the fields are self-explanatory enough when filled to not make the user confused…
