   @Matt Kump??? yeah, it wasn't easy, but you'd be surprised to learn what you can do if you choose to turn off the 'snap to pixel grid' feature in Photoshop!

    Lower avatar photo by 3 pixels, increase the radius on rounded corners by couple pixels and yeah you can bump up the redness, other than that you did awesome!

    Can't wait till it goes live, would love to be your beta tester.

    I think the highlight on the drop shadow in the bottom left corner is 1px out. Also you could maybe reduce the gradient a tad. Other than that's it's a winner!
