Wow! Thank you everyone :) I started this illustration with a star and some vague idea in my head of where I would go, but the outcome changed while I was experimenting with overlays and I ended up with this instead.

This has to be one of the neatest things I've seen on Dribbble. Great work as always, Veerle.

Amazing on so many levels. The way you used the 10 intersecting lines to cycle the color spectrum is genius. Complete and utter elegance of this level is hard to achieve with such a huge range of color. But on top of that fact, the color is nearly completely saturated! This is a holy grail piece. This is art, not a christmas card.
I would remove the little white stars. Their only purpose is to say "hey this is a christmas card", but overall they detract from the purity of design.
