I started developing the animations and gestures in XCode too and they came out nicely, but I found out that the UX wasn't as good as I wanted it to be, so I'm taking it into a slightly different direction. More updates will follow whenever I feel like working on it again :)
I'd increase the contrast between the text and the background. It's pretty difficult to read the text on the bottom two rows.
Also, since people are likely going to be setting their alarms before going to sleep, would a soothing colour scheme be more appropriate?
What does the interaction for setting an alarm look like? Swipe to reveal select inputs for hour and minute?
Could you make it clearer that you have to drag each row to interact with it? Three vertical lines might work (similar in principle to the lock screen camera interaction).
Finally, and most importantly, you can't legitimately modify native alarms through a third party app on iOS.
@David Merfield and @Haziq Mir agreed on the contrast, especially the bottom one is hard to read. Probably going to go for dark text instead of light.
@David, you edit an alarm by tapping it. A menu pops up and you can slide up/down to set the hours/minutes. There will also be a couple of other options like a way to select the sound you want to wake up with and something new I'm messing around with :) Good suggestion on the 3 lines to drag btw! Was still figuring out what to do to fix that problem as I don't want to rely on just a 'new user intro screen'.

Last weekend I've been having some fun designing a simple alarm clock.
Yooooo notify me when it's ready!

Bigger version and real pixels attached.

Woah! Loving the texture you're using. Makes the app look like its made from construction paper. Cool idea!
