Great! Maybe allign the logo with the rest on the left and your top menu right.
Also, I'm not sure if people in that branche have really big screens for your header to work, so it should definately be scalable. Other than that it looks very nice. Good photo too!

Main visual seems like a porn site . . . unless that is the talent you are talking about - maybe you want to think about a different main image - but I don't know your brief.

@Andrew Colin Beck - Good point. I'm 100% it won't turn out to be a porn site :) Brief says nothing about that. Plus the clients' keywords were for it to be provocative, being a startup and all. The image used seems to me like more of a lingerie model, than a porn.

I don't think the image looks porno at all - is sexy which is very different. Nice work, looking great :)

Looks great, the main photo really attracts the users and supports the atmosphere!
Is this part of the site focused mostly on companies that are looking for people, or also for actors? I think you should consider two buttons there: "Looking for a job" + "Post a job offer". Does it make sense in your goal of the web? Hope it helps :-)

@Enjoythis - Things in general impact diffrent people in diffrent ways. Everybody associates images, gestures and so on to something. Glad it didn't raise the XXX flag in your mind :)

@Majo Moravcik - Totally agreeing with you. Discussed this with the client a few days ago. For the time being he's trying to attract as many companies as possible. He already has a big database with actors from a previous project :)
Anywho, in time the second button "Looking for a job" will appear :)
