I have been playing with Photoshop over the last weekend to make a freebie for http://www.dmonzon.com similar to the previous Minimal Light Interface Freebie.
But when I finished with Photoshop was wondering how nice would be to see the dial and the wave moving , so I gave it a try. After a few hours and with the huge help of the Greensock Animation Plataform I ended up with a pretty cool effect.
All the animation and psd files are available to download

Thats cool! nice that the gradient dosn't turn when the button is turned like some people use to do.
Cool! Altho using scroll wheel instead of dragging the knob around feels strange :)
This is really cool... reminds me of the gadgets from the Exploratorium in San Francisco. And I do agree with @Mikael Eidenberg about the gradient.
