I back @Haziq with the tiny text too.
On the other hand you could increase the vertical padding on each sidebar tab link, therefore increasing the tapable area if you think the text if big enough. That would help too.
Loving the icons, but I did have the same reaction as @Haziq Mir - the font looks too small. It looks to be about the same as the text here on dribbble, which seems too small to be easily tapped.

Maybe increasing font size everywhere by 4 pt will help? Looks really tiny to me, swear!

I feel like the navigation needs more padding (top,bottom) imo. Still good lookin though.
