@Marine Sergent welcome! Nice shot, given the flat approach you took with this, I could see the progress bar doing without a gloss effect. I checked out the behance page as well, you did a good job with the IA. Let me know if you want any detailed feedback!
@Joe Anderson sure :) It's where you go in a manually touch up the edges of your shapes so that the edge lands on pixel boundaries rather than in-between. When a shape boundary lands in a partial pixel it causes a blur of the edge. When all the edges are touched up you're left witha very sharp element. http://methodandcraft.com/videos/pixel-hinting-vectors-in-photoshop
