   Should the shadows be connected to the letterforms with a 45 degree angle? Looks nice.

   I think the Y looks a bit weird because this piece (see link: http://cl.ly/image/3p0G2C3k1k32 ) in the bevel is dark grey while at the same angle in the other letters it's a lighter shade of grey.
   Other than that: looks great!
