Working on the identity of a cooling and heating systems company from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Their initial is letter C and the element of the thermostat was the media to show the spectrum of their services (supercold to superhot).
Hi Alan, let me start by saying i think this is a really nice concept!
One thing that comes to mind is that if this is a thermostat, it might also be interesting to use some of the negative space between the colors to work up the feeling of a "turn up" button, which can also be on your thermostat in real life... hope you get what i mean. If not i'll be happy to look up an image to strengthen my suggestion.
@Pavel Maček@Tomas Vateha thanks guys!
@Richard de Ruijter thanks bud, very good idea. I could throw in a little triangle somewhere in the grid as a white negative space to and it might be even more clear. I've sent this for a review to the client already but I'll def suggest doing that, thanks!
Yes, exactly! a little triangluar shape would add even more.
I come to realise that little gimmicks like that always make a client super happy because these small things make it way more memorable next to a mark being beautiful.
@Richard de Ruijter I agree, bonuses are always nice :)
@Tomas Vateha thanks once again!
@Simon™ ohohoooo, long time no see my friend! Hope everything is awesome at your side, thanks for stopping by!

Simple and powerful solution, and with @Richard de Ruijter suggestions this could be one "lovely jubbly" logo.

Penguin Mark
by Alen Type08 Pavlovic
C-Mark didn't make it so I suggested that we try with the stylized penguin.
