is it obvious to you what T, F, I, P, D are?
you should have it so when you hover, it's styled as the color of the respective media, just like http://lkd.to/NickSloggett .
It wasn't obvious to me until I read John's comment! I really tried! But like he said, could be solved with a neat hover effect. Maybe the images appear on hover. Maybe just the color! Either way, I really like how minimalistic your approach with them is. I feel like I've never seen it before. :)
Plus, sometimes you gotta do cool things like this even if people don't get it right away. Curious people will hover / click to find out!
@John Choura Jr. great idea! i'm going to try it out, but i'm not sure about changing the color, only because the only colors i have on the site are different shades of gray...
@breanna rose i'm kind of ok with it not being super super obvious. curiosity always wins! and that's what i'm going for, it's not normal.
Good thing you dont have a tumblr, that would have messed it all up!
Wasn't obvious to me either. I like the hover idea though! Maybe have it actually say the whole name on hover in tiny grey subscript or something? Just to keep it monochrome.
I like the single letters. No harm in educating people-- thats how breakthroughs happen and trends evolve. We need people to push those boundaries. A subtle rollover effect could be really nice too.
@Rashi Birla SO true! thanks rashi!
