This is the project I'm designing and PMing for Ignite. We're in the very early stages of user testing. In keeping with the lean startup method, each week we're releasing, testing, and then reiterating. It's been hard as a designer to just "get things out there." But I'm slowly learning to let go. It doesn't matter if the design is perfect right now, it matters more if we have the right features and users are actually using it. So, meet Jobhype.
