    Working all the day on the Italic extension of Ambroise. Rather than starting with the usual light Italic, Black italic is the initial style from which, later I will design the light italic. Its the same strategy as used back in 2001 for romans. Let see where it goes.

    The angle of the /A/ is very interesting, haven't really seen the right side of it follow the true slant angle before. How does it flow in an all caps setting?

    It flow nicely. Please have a look to book about type history… There is a lot around this idea. Many old typefaces features such slanted A, V, W. FYI. Sabon Next feature the same thing since 2002.
