Some good ol' @James ✌ stuff. Have you considered unifying the fields (like forms in some iOS apps , this one for example)? Could make the form less busy.
I'd say give hierarchy to those who have already signed up and are members. Pull the Texas switch-a-roo on the user sign-in on the bottom, bring it to the top.
@Tim Walker Hmm I'd have to disagree with you there. I'll tell you why - firstly this modal is obviously to get users to 'sign up', if they see, "Sign up to..." then a sign in box, I think it could get a little confusing.
I think it's visually really awesome, but for a registering user I think there might be too much noise with the sign in underneath. Wonder what you think @James ✌
@Marco Sousa I understand. However, from a UX point of view - wouldn't it be nice to sign in from there rather than having to click off and go sign in?
Also, I tried to make it so that visually, the sign-up sections catch your eye more than the sign in section.
@André Oliveira Thanks for your feedback Andre. I don't see why more information is proving to be a "usability problem". Yes, we could probably remove the smaller text beneath the headings.
However, I don't think having two tabs would serve any good purpose. In fact, that would cause even more clicking around.
Ah sorry, @James ✌ . I meant the spacing between the inputs on the left compared to the spacing on the right between the buttons. Left = compact. Right = spaced out.

Working on the sign up modal for a new popup. Thought it came out pretty well.

Looks nice, my only concern is the secondary text (e.g. join your fellow bluebirds...) may benefit from a bit more contrast. Still looks great though!

Visually, your design is great. But in terms of usability, it's too much information in my opinion, mate.
I would remove all the "descriptions" above the "Sign up using Twitter" (for example) and also the sign in form.
Why you don't try to make two tabs: one for sign up, one for sign in. And the problem is over.
Hope to help!

The spacing feels inconsistent between the left and right.

@James ✌ my pleasure mate. I also think that, with this design, you have a lot of input boxes, and that can 'scary' the user.
On the website, do you have a "Sign up" and "Sign in" button?
If you do, then having sign in and sign up option on the same layout is not justified at all.
