The blue toilet seat made me think of a potty-training seat for kids that goes on top of the toilet. But that was after i saw the "teaching" part of the title. The brain in the toilet makes *almost* zero sense to me. You are probably trying to convey the 'toilet-smarts' or learning to use the toilet properly, but the brain inside the toilet depicts something entirely different. That's just my perspective on the image.
But the detail of the image is beautiful!!

@Ellie Stringer Don't do this! Brains are really rare and precious!) It was a client concept, I proposed few alternatives, because the idea was pretty odd to me too, but we used this one. Actually, I think, overall weirdness isn't a bad thing and can draw attention to it.)
