I had the rare chance this 3-day weekend to work on something that I never (ever) find the time to work on. I love painting miniatures and have been steadily adding to my collection of kits that I will "someday" paint.
This weekend, I decided to take a break from the computer and relax with my airbrush and paintbrush. It's not a typical shot, but I hope you guys like it!

nice work! what paints and airbrush are you using?
amazing detail for such a small dude, really cool!
@Anthony Lam I have an Iwata HPC Plus airbrush and I used a combination of Tamiya acrylics and Vallejo Model Color (hand painted details).
@Matt Borchert Thanks and yes, they're both really small dudes compared to traditional model kits.
Dude I love it. Do you sell?
@Andrew Rose I don't. I just do these for myself :)
i hope you hear this as a compliment.
that is one hobby that i was secretly into, but never allowed myself to nerd out on, and i think i regret that a little bit. great work
Look like Warface. Do you know?
Amazing work. Awesome realistic textures and great moody colors. Well freakin done.
@Dave Gilbertson That's okay haha. Painting miniatures is definitely at the top of geek pyramid. The only thing that trumps it is actually playing the game these miniatures were intended for ;)
@Dmitri Boujche I'm not familiar. I had to look it up.
@Joel Santana Thanks! The next one I do (whenever that is) will probably some sort of winter scene :)
Reminds me of warhammer 40k...miss that!
