   This is awesome, Fraser. The only change I'd make is maybe removing the powder blue (as CJ suggested). The static outline on the bolt just doesn't look right with how dynamic the rest of the mark is.

    @Doug Houvener well, i wanted to keep the bolt exactly as is and find a way to work in a alternate 'meaning' so to speak.

    If that's the case, I don't think it works, but if you redrew the bolt so that it actually looked like a convincing mane as well, you've got a winner. As is, it's got a bit of a 'toupee' look.

    I think it would look better if the mane stemmed from the center of the head rather than the neck line.. hard to explain! Looks good though!

    I'd say to add powder blue to the wordmark before you remove it from the shield. Their powder blue is part of their heritage. Their history.
