I like it. But there is a maybe. It looks a bit busy. I mean.. when i look at it for the first time. I can't really see what to click first, what button does what or how the button or interface is going to behave. That's just something at first glance. Maybe on using the app this will al be clear :)

This is the shit! But I no like the inset type on title bar. I suggest a light colour.
And BTW, anybody who knows why everybody adds a dark drop shadow to the top bar buttons when in iOS, you can only have the opposite? Correct me if I am wrong :)

I have no complaints except one. The line for the timeline should seems like its dropping from the top bar and rises back to the mid one. A straight line doesn't fit well. Maybe something thats a bit more prominent with the timeline.
rest of the stuff is aces in my book. Love the color selection the most.
Edit: The 3rd user icon looks like the person is vibrating.

That's the dev thing. I think there must be a way to achieve it. I've seen many custom buttons with thick strokes/shadows.

Simplifying it.
I personally like the textured one but just to show the client how would it look without textures i made a flat option.
