More often than not , we come across quick-wireframing tasks for pitching our designs to clients. And wireframes are a good tool for that.
Unfortunately, most of the tools out there output sketchy-looking stuff.
Hence, made this template of sorts that I use in PS to get quick and not-so-dirty wireframes out.
This was a blueprint of the home/landing page for a IT services company.

Isn't the point of a wireframe to be a bit messy and not as "concrete"? Actual sketches seem to be the quickest way for our team to collaborate and iterate on design concepts. I'm curious of how this particular approach serves your team
@Jake Fleming ^^ I am not sure of teams as I have mostly worked alone :D but i agree, sketching is better. I am pissed about tools/apps outputting sketchy/cartoon wireframes.
For small website projects, this method works best for me! :)
