Filtering Options

   Trying to find a good way to provide filtering options to filter something *out*.

   The idea is that you can add filtering criteria, or if you want to filter when someone *hasn't* done something, you can hit the gray Do Not Disturb symbol to exclude that criteria from the search (which turns it red).

   Might be a little confusing - definitely open to feedback.

   I think simply adding a label somehow saying "excluded" or something *might help? IDK. Looks killer to me.
