GE Appliances service chatbot app design

Worked with the team at GE in Louisville on this app for Android and iOS. Uses Natural language processing and knowledge graph to help troubleshoot your appliance issues with chat bot. Used mic, photos, OCR, AI and ML. I did the design system, UX research, UX design and UI design in 2017.
