   Nice, what print technique did they use to get the raised lettering? Looked like letterpress at first, but noticed the logo didn't show through on the front.

    @Phil Lester probably a blind letterpress on the backside of the sheet which was then glued to the center sheet which was then glued to another sheet creating a triplexed (triple thick) card.
