Well if like me, you're afraid of launching photoshop cs6 thanks to those beautiful splash screen, here are some custom I made.
Here are the pngs if you'd like to replace them ;)
Hope you like it ! ;)
To proceed (mac):
illustrator: right click > show package contents then Contents / Resources and replace ai_cs6_splash.png or ai_cs6_splash_tryout.png
Download theme park ( I use 3.1 ) to open photoshop / Contents / Resources / Adobe Photoshop CS6.rsrc
Then in PNGf, find SplashBackground.png (ID #414 for me) or SplashExtendedBackground.png (415) and simply drag the png on the preview.

@Dan Settembrini Yes, but I didn't figure out yet how to change it though
I'll upload others later if you want ;)
can you share those Adobe icons too? :)
@Roberto This is the beautiful icons from .appicns ; )
I just found how to achieve it on the other softwares:
I would be glad to have the other images, to finally get rid of these horrible splash screen :D

aha thanks @Jolin Masson ! I will as soon as I have time, but I barely use dreamweaver, indesign, fireworks or flash though :/ The after effects one is really bothering me..
The first time I opened photoshop CS6, I thought it was a dolphin massacre.
