    @John Pett Luckily I work with 3D modellers/designers so a lot was picked up from them.

    In terms of tutorials for C4D GreyScaleGorilla is supposed to be good for getting the basics etc and also has some more advanced bits in there.

    As for Blender I use their central hub for bits a bobs as and when I need it.

    I think the hardest thing with both of them for me is getting to understand the UI and the way they both treat stacks. Both have their advantages though. Have a tinker!

    Good answer, thanks for that! Totally wanting to learn it as there is only so much you can do with gradient meshes in Illustrator!
