    It does! Curious how it would look with the string wisping from a light breeze. The rigid line can appear like a stand at first glance.

    That said, I could be looking to hard.

    Actually... I don't feel it. The angle of the block looks like it's floating laterally. The string suggests it's more of a balloon kind of thing with a slight pull directly upwards. Those two don't seem to match for me because the top of the block angles away from where the string is tied. A balloon wouldn't tilt to the side like that. I'd like to see the block look more upright as if all of its mass is directly contradicting gravity.

    I love the concept and the title of this shot!

    I agree with @Keith Frawley, if the string was at a slight angle so the 'base' of the string was nudged to the left slightly, it would give a more 'drifty' feel.

    Good comments, and also perhaps adding a very light and diffused shadow beneath the brick (on the ground) would help separate it from the background.
