One of the projects I enjoyed most in 2012 was a branding and screendesign job for a tech startup from Germany. Here's a simple mark I created for them which will be used as part of the core brand. The mark reflects the company's name. Can you guess it? :D
at first I saw a joystick at the top, but it was clear after a second. it's a really clever approach, really like the fact that the browser stands on a painting stand!
I guess... paintcode, code(is)art, codingartist, codepainter, paint the web, codebrush..
I also did a mark for an austrian app startup last year, I'd wonder if you could guess it aswell! it's also on my website, but also on dribbble, I'd love a feedback from you! their website is not live yet tho.
(too bad the name of the company is easily to spot on both my website and dribbble!)
Hey guys, thanks for your great feedback. It's very interesting to hear what others think about the mark as I spent a lot of time looking at it ;) I'll post the solution soon, I promise!
Some of you were really close. The startup is called 'Codeatelier'. I know ... the 'Atelier' part was a bit tricky ;) Please feel free to check out the full project on behance.
PS.: I loved 'Terminart', 'Artcore' and 'Dropcode'.

I *think* it's an easel?
There's coding and it's accented. But then there's 3 paint drops that's also accented.
Paintdropcode? Codepaintdrop?

Art and either Terminal or Console? Console Art? Terminal Art? Or Art Terminal?
Looks pretty sweet, I’d only maybe move a color drop or two (if that’s what they are?) below the canvas, too, where it’d drop when painting.
Unless I’m completely off with my guesses. :P
